PSYPACT

What is PSYPACT?

PSYPACT is a state legislation that allows for the practice of Telehealth and temporary in-person psychology across state lines. Psychologists must be licensed to practice in a PSYPACT state in order to qualify. Dr. Kellam is able to see residents of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, District of Colombia, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia. Legislation for Massachusetts, Michigan, and Wisconsin are pending. Dr. Kellam became certified under the PSYPACT on 08/27/2021.
